There are numerous ways to get involved with Alberta Diabetes Foundation, all you have to do is let us know what you are interested in! We would be happy to have you come in for an interview so that we can find you a volunteer position that fits your personality and skill set.

Alberta Diabetes Foundation Gala & Auction (October 19th, 2013)  Are you craving a night where you can get all "glammed up"? This classic evening of dinner, live & silent auction, and entertainment is the event for you!   Be a part of this magical evening by helping register guests, selling raffle tickets, or assisting with the live and/or silent auction. Frank J. Flaman Dinner & Auction (April 5th, 2013) The Frank J. Flaman Foundation holds an annual dinner and auction to raise money for the various charities that they support - Alberta Diabetes Foundation is proud to be one of those recipients. Volunteers are needed to help on the day of the event as bid spotters, auction runners, security and game helpers. Click here for more information

Jeans & Jersey Dinner and Auction (June 8th, 2013)  This summer we will be recruiting enthusiastic, high energy volunteer members for our Jeans & Jersey Dinner and Auction. The evening is a fun night full of entertainment, amazing sport-themed auction items, a BBQ dinner all in support of our endeavor to cure diabetes! Click here for more information

Alberta Diabetes Foundation Sean Fleming Golf Classic (June 19, 2013) You can be a vital part of the fun at this great outdoor event. Volunteer your time to help with set/clean up, or by helping out with activities at the holes, selling games of chance, or distributing food and drinks. This event is ideal for those who love the outdoors. Click here for more information

Rock'n August (August 6-10 2013) If you like classic cars, music and the outdoors then we have just the event for you! Come on down to St. Albert for the 16th annual Rock'n August International Car Show & Music Festival. Favorite events include The Old Time Drive-In Movie, The Friday Night Street Dance and Saturday's Show & Shine, with all proceeds going to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation. Administration These volunteers act as a support to staff, assisting them with duties such as data entry, typing, filing, research, updating mailing lists, as well as any other duties relevant to the department.
