SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES

Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when your shipping information is entered during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time of the order is placed. Please note that transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order processing time.

INVENTORY LEVELS BACKORDERS & PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Inventory Levels: Our website offers sizes, styles, and designs based on inventory available in all our warehouses combined. Therefore, there is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. You will be contacted in 1-2 business days if you need to make a substitution on an unavailable item.

Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our various warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, your order will not ship until the item is in stock. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 1-2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on manufacturing schedules. Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order if you would like to know if the items you would like to buy are in stock. You will be charged for your ENTIRE order at the time of purchase.

Pre-order items: Product listed as a pre-order item online are not currently in stock. However, you will be charged for pre-order items at the time of checkout. If you place an order for multiple items that includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Canadian Orders - orders shipping to a Canadian address will ship from our Canadian warehouse and are subject to GST (as well as PST for B.C. residents).

U.S Orders - orders shipping to a U.S address will ship from our U.S. warehouse and are subject to applicable state taxes.

European orders - whenever possible, orders shipping to EU member states will ship from our Austrian warehouse and are subject to 20% VAT; non-EU members will not be charged VAT. If we are not able to fulfill the order from our European warehouse, we will ship the order from the USA or Canada, in which case the 20% VAT charge does not apply. There are no taxes or duties charged by AFDR for orders shipping from the USA or Canada, but you may incur import taxes and duties in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer; check with your post office or taxation office for details about taxes or duties on small imports. International Orders - orders shipping to addresses outside of Canada, the USA and Europe may ship from any of our three warehouses, depending on product availability. Shipping charges calculated on international orders are approximate and may be adjusted based on the warehouse that we ship from. You will be contacted if we need to adjust your shipping method.
